You are looking for to rent a very quiet and peace full guestroom in a villa with private sweet water swimming pool and private garden in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand to relax from the busy night live of Pattaya, suitable for a long stay?

Eventually you would like also have sometimes your breakfast in front of your guestroom on the terrace in front of the private swimming pool (optional)?

Or are you looking for a hand (especially for elderly or handicapped people) during their holidays here in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand?

We are renting a very quiet guestroom in our villa with private sweet water swimming pool, newly renovated with German glass tiles, a counter-jet-stream-swimming facility with up to 4 HP (4 horse powers), 2 underwater LED lamps with 18 programs and a private garden in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand. The separate entrance door to your guestroom can be locked by you. This guestroom has been completely refurbished and is furnished with a double bed (king size) for 2 adults, a small office with an office chair, free Wi-Fi access (10 Mb up to 100 Mb up and down load, via fiber optic cable connection), a refrigerator, a water kettle, 2 small night tables with night table lamps, a flat LED TV with BTV cable TV and a small table for the TV on rollers, 1 seat with reading lamp inside the guestroom and 2 seats, a sofa bed and a small table and a wand fan outside the guestroom under the terrace in front of the guestroom and another small glass cupboard next to the entrance door. This guestroom has also its private bathroom with toilette, a big mirror, a hand wash with cold and hot water and an adjacent shower room with cold and hot water, next to this bathroom you will find a private dressing room with a lot of cupboards and drawers, where you may store your clothes and luggage’s. In one of these cupboards is also installed a private electronic safe (anchored in the concrete floor) to put your belongings, like passport, flight tickets and money, in a safe place. The code for this safe you may choose yourselves. This guestroom is also equipped with 1 ceiling-fan and 1 air conditioner. For your security there is also 1 Combo Smoke/CO Alarm installed.

If you have a car you may park it in front of the villa or if you have a motorbike you may park it in the carport inside the villa.

Furthermore the walking distance to the very pretty beach of Jomtien-Beach is only about 800 meters.

In addition you may also use the common big salt water swimming pool, the restaurant and the bar of the private resort View Talay Villas.

If you would like to make sometimes a trip by bicycle, than we have 2 bicycles at your disposal, 1 Mountain bike and 1 Racing bike.

Please kindly note, that we are only renting a guestroom in our villa and not the whole villa. The private swimming pool and garden as well as the kitchen must be shared with the owners.

And what this would cost?

Per night THB 1'600.00/night

We are very interested to have customers, who would like to rent this guestroom for a longer period. The normal price for this guestroom is THB 1’600.00 per night. If for example somebody would like to rent this guestroom for a total of 47 nights, than we agree to give him a discount of THB 23’000.00 on the first 30 nights, he would pay for this first 30 nights only THB 25’000.00 instead of THB 48’000.00 (30 x THB 1’600.00) and for the remaining 17 nights (47 nights – 30 nights) the regular listing price of THB 1’600.00 per night. For a period of 47 nights this gives a total rental cost of, for the first 30 nights THB 25’000.00 and for the remaining 17 nights (17 x THB 1’600.00) = THB 27’200.00, makes a total of only THB 52’200.00 instead of at the regular listing price of THB 1’600.00 for 47 nights (47 x THB 1’600.00) = THB 75’200.00.

But unfortunately TripAdvisor Rentals is not able to calculate and apply correctly this discount in their rental cost calculations. Above mentioned discount will not show up in your inquiry. We will have to adjust this discount in your inquiry manually and you will see this discount only in our reply to you on your inquiry.

For longer stays these conditions may be discussed with the owners.

View the quality of this guestroom, a damage deposit of THB 15'000.00 is requested, which will be paid back directly by TripAdvisor Rentals, if nothing is broken or lost by you during your holidays upon leaving this guestroom (generally within 10 working days).

The price for the location of this guestroom as well as the damage deposit and TripAdvisor Rentals’ booking fees must be paid in advance directly to TripAdvisor Rentals upon reservation to reserve firm this guestroom for your holidays.

Internet-access, SBN High Speed with Fiber Optic Cables (10Mbps-100Mbps Download and Upload), electricity and water charges are included in above mentioned prices.

You will have to pay to the owners directly in cash in Thai Baht upon checking out the guestroom the following additional fees:

Cleaning charges of THB 2'000.00 for cleaning this guestroom and washing and ironing the bed- and bath-towels, security guard charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month) and waste management charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month).

Only after having paid these additional charges to the owners, the damage deposit will be returned to you by TripAdvisor Rentals.

Sometimes some peoples, especially elderly or handicapped persons, need some help. If this is the case we can arrange this for you, but the cost of this service must be discussed with the owners before booking. Please let us know your needs.

If you would like to have your breakfast sometimes in front of your guestroom, you may order this breakfast for THB 100.00 to THB 120.00 per breakfast and person directly from the owners (optional). This breakfast is payable to the owners in cash in THB upon ordering.

But if you prefer to make your own cooking, you may use our very well furnished kitchen (2 electric ceramic plates and 2 gas-cooking plates inside the kitchen an electric stove, a micro-wave, a big refrigerator with a big freezer, and other cooking tools, as well as dishes, covers, glasses and pans. You may also use our new barbeque outside the kitchen..

As per request of some of our guests, we made this guestroom accessible for wheelchair users, which are welcome in this guestroom. Means we adapted the access from the flat street by inclining the tiles leading to the entrance door of the property as well as 3 sand washed stone ramps leading to the guestroom inside the property, putting some handles for handicapped people inside the toilette and shower room, 1 shower seat inside the shower room as well as an iron, easy removable ramp (if necessary) to go in and out of the shower room with the wheelchair, as well as plastic mats on the floor of the shower room (to avoid slipping). All doors of this guestroom, toilette, shower room and dressing room are wide enough to let wheelchair user with their wheelchair in.

How would you get to this guestroom?

Easy, if you arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand, the best and cheapest way is, to take the direct Air-condition-Bus which leaves every half an hour from the ground floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok, Thailand directly to Jomtien- Beach, Pattaya for a fare of approx. THB 134.00 per person. Your private wheelchair is accepted in these buses. This bus arrives at the final bus station in Jomtien-Beach opposite the 24h Foodmart in Jomtien-Beach. Mind, the bus will stop several times on the way there, to let customers leave the bus. But do not leave the bus before you reach the final bus station in Jomtien-Beach!!!

We shall pick you up upon your arrival at the final bus station.

From there to our home you will have to take a Bath-Bus for approx. THB 200.00 per way with your luggage and eventually wheelchair.

But you may also take a Taxi-Meter (no air-condition inside the Taxi-Meter) from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand directly to our home here in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand for a fare of approx. THB 800.00 until approx. THB 1'500.00 (fare is negotiable by you), to be ordered at the counters outside upon leaving the building of the airport.

Or you may order a Limousine service (with air-condition inside a more comfortable car) at the AOT counter inside the Airport, during you are waiting for your luggage, at a fare of approx. THB 1'500.00 until approx. THB 2'500.00 (fare is negotiable by you), from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok in Thailand directly to our home here in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand.

In case you take a Taxi-Meter or a Limousine service we shall wait for you in our home for your arrival.

How do damage deposits work?
