We are renting a nice condominium on the 9th Floor in View Talay Jomtien Condominium, Building 1A (Jomtien-Beach side), with double bed (king size), single Jacuzzi with changing colors LED’s, movement detector in toilette and 1 deamer, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and two electric ceramic cooking-plates, hub, sink, as well as dishes, covers, glasses and pans for six persons, salon with view on Jomtien-Beach, with Flat LED LG TV, Sophon Cable TV, private Wi-Fi access up to 10 Mb free and coaxial-cable access up to 76Mb free, leather sofa (which can be folded up to a small flat bed), 1 massage seat, Air conditioner, smoke detector and European electric plugs.
In addition you have also access to a very nice and big sweet water swimming-pool between Building 1A and Building 1B.
If you have a car or a motorbike, there are a lot of free parking’s in front and at the rear of the building, monitored by CCTV cameras.
You would like to enjoy night-live in Pattaya or go to the Beach? Stop a Baht-bus in front of Building 1A on Thappraya Road and the driver will bring you there for THB 10.00.
And what this would cost?
Per night THB 1'200.00/night
We are very interested to have customers, who would like to rent this condominium for a longer period. The normal price for this condominium is THB 1’200.00 per night. If for example somebody would like to rent this condominium for a total of 47 nights, than we agree to give him a discount of THB 16’000.00 on the first 30 nights, he would pay for this first 30 nights only THB 20’000.00 instead of THB 36’000.00 (30 x THB 1’200.00) and for the remaining 17 nights (47 nights – 30 nights) the regular listing price of THB 1’200.00 per night. For a period of 47 nights this gives a total rental cost of, for the first 30 nights THB 20’000.00 and for the remaining 17 nights (17 x THB 1’200.00) = THB 20’400.00, makes a total of only THB 40’400.00 instead of at the regular listing price of THB 1’200.00 for 47 nights (47 x THB 1’200.00) = THB 56’400.00.
But unfortunately TripAdvisor Rentals is not able to calculate and apply correctly this discount in their rental cost calculations. Above mentioned discount will not show up in your inquiry. We will have to adjust this discount in your inquiry manually and you will see this discount only in our reply to you on your inquiry.

View the quality of this condominium a damage deposit of THB 15'000.00 is requested, which will be paid back directly by TripAdvisor Rentals, if nothing is broken or lost in this condominium during your holidays, after you have checked-out from this condominium (generally within 10 working days).
The rental price for this condominium as well as the damage deposit and TripAdvisor Rentals’ booking fees must be paid in advance directly to TripAdvisor Rentals upon reservation to reserve firm this condominium for your holidays.
As we do not know in advance, how much electricity and water you will use during your holidays, you will have to pay to the owners directly in cash in Thai Baht the following additional fees upon leaving this condominium:
Electricity-charges (of THB 5.00 per KW/h as per electricity meter stand) and water-charges (of THB 50.00 per m3 as per water meter stand) as well as all other fees, such as cleaning charges of THB 2'000.00 for cleaning the condominium and washing and ironing the bed-and bath-towels upon leaving the condominium, security charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month) and waste management charges of THB 200.00 (per month or fractional month).
Only after having paid these additional charges to the owners, the damage deposit will be returned to you by TripAdvisor Rentals.
