Nub-dao meaning in Thai is Counting the stars. Nub-dao villa is located within the ville jomtien, one of Pattaya’s newest and most luxurious developments

Just a short drive to Jomtien, beaches, restaurants, nightlife and shopping facilities and only 10 minutes from central pattaya. And with many tourist hotspots close by, this villa is perfect for a family getaway or indeed a group of friends.

Nub-dao villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, A 24sqm pool with separate childrens area and waterfall feature and surrounded with tropical plants and palm trees

Living Area & Dining room

This area of the villa is tastefully decorated in modern vintage style, warm and relaxing tones throughout. There is a 50 inch flat screen with international channels, USB connection allowing you to connect and watch your favorite shows and movies. 2 large sofas for you to relax on, A 6 seat wooden dining table completes the area. There are sliding doors leading out to the patio/pool area

Kitchen

The kitchen area comes with a 4 ring stove and enough utensils and appliances for a self catering holiday. We can also arrange for a cook to come and take care of the cooking for you. On the back of the kitchen is a utility area complete with washing machine.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, sleeping 6 people. The Master Bedroom is on the right-hand-side. The Master has a King-size bed, double wardrobe, a chest of draws There is also an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, wash basin, and a glass-encased double shower and large bathtub with a glass rool so you can gaze up above at the stars when showering. There are also patio doors leading out onto a private patio with a quaint 2 seater table, perfect for an early morning breakfast.

The second bedroom is decorated in a Thai style, burnt orange and beige colours and hand carved thai furniture feature. A queen sized bed and plenty of storage. This bedroom is also ensuite. With a large glass roofed shower area featuring a hot and separate cold shower.

The third bedroom is warm blues and reds, also a queen sized bed, wardobes and vanity area.

The villa has a third bathroom again with double shower area, toilet and wash basin.

Pool & Garden

The outdoor terrace has seated areas and sun-loungers next to the 24sqm private swimming pool with its cascading water feature. Providing the perfect place to sit in the shade and relax during the day or evening, having your own private pool is the best part of renting a villa such as this one.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Poy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
