THE SPACE IS PERFECT FOR GIRLS NIGHT, BUSINESS GROUPS, AND FAMILY RETREATS.

The property location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to Downtown Atlanta depending on traffic (World of Coca Cola, GA Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta etc). Less than a 5 min drive to Interstates 75 and 675 and a 10 min drive to Southlake Mall and a host of restaurants.

The home is ranch style with a large master suite with attached den and garden tub, deluxe kitchen, and a full service business office with internet, fax, printer and scanner. The home also includes a shaded deck, a two car garage, and a basketball rim.

Property features 3,000 square feet of space; 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large master suite w/garden tub & den, living room, dining room, foyer, gourmet kitchen, and laundry room. Full service business office. Gazebo-style, shaded deck, great for relaxation.

Master suite has vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, garden tub and dual vanity. House is situated on a one acre semi-wooded lot in a quiet subdivision in one of the safest and appealing parts of South Atlanta. Downtown is approx. 25 minutes away and shopping/entertainment in Buckhead district is 30 minutes away. What makes this property unique is the location and level of comfort.

The home sleeps 10 comfortably but may accommodate up to 12 people max at any time.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any type. Any attempts to have a party or event at this property will be shutdown, guests asked to leave, and no refund.
