En Charente-Maritime, au coeur de la Haute-Saintonge, au milieu des vignes, dans une ferme charentaise traditionnelle en pierre de taille, le gîte classé *** est à deux pas de Jonzac, de ses Thermes et de son complexe aquatique "Les Antilles". Notre " Petite Barrière", de 60 m² entre style traditionnel et contemporain comprend 2 chambres mansardées aux poutres apparentes. Une comprend un lit en 160 x 200, l'autre un lit en 140 x 190 et un lit en 90 x 190.Les chambres sont à l'étage et accessibles par un escalier. Au rez-de-chaussée une grande pièce de vie lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Nous aurons le plaisir de vous faire découvrir notre domaine viticole : le Chai du Rouissoir, l'alambic charentais et le chai de vieillissement de Cognac.

Nous y proposons des animations tout au long de l'année : sentier du vigneron l'été, découverte des vendanges de mi septembre à mi octobre et petit déjeuner du bouilleur de cru au moment de la distillation

...le vignoble du Cognac n'aura plus de secrets pour vous.

La taxe de séjour locale est due par adulte et par nuitée Elle est collectée par nos soins sur place et reversée à l'Office du Tourisme pour le Trésor Public.

Afin de vous rendre service un forfait ménage fin de séjour facultatif est à votre disposition au tarif de 40 euros à régler sur place. Toutefois vous êtes libres de choisir vous en charger vous même afin de nous rendre les lieux aussi propres que vous avez aimé les trouver à l'arrivée.

    How do damage deposits work?
