Comfortably furnished 195 Sq.M 1st. floor apartment in a quite residential area.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and provided with an en-suite). Bedroom No. 2 is fitted with a king size bed (sleeps two) and bedroom No. 3 is fitted with two single beds that sleeps two. Living room, 21/2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen fitted with fridge, built-in automatic washing machine, oven/stove, microwave and leading to a spacious terrace.

Soon as guest'(s) arrive at the property, Nazz "the Janitor" who is on the premises 24/7 shall; 1. Hand you over One set of keys to the apartment and One key to the building main entrance door. 2. Hand you over One remote control to the motorized garage door and show you your parking spot in the underground garages. 3. Familiarize you with the major aspects of the apartment; Sat. TV, water main, electricity panel/circuit breakers board, kitchen appliances, etc.... During your settling in, should you note anything you are not entirely satisfied with, please let Nazz know and he shall be more than pleased to attend to it immediately. 2. No noise after 22:30 hours
3. No parties allowed.
4. During Electricity Du Liban power cut, 10 Amps of Aux. Gen. Power are supplied for free.
5. "EDL" free consumption is limited Twenty Five (25) kWh per day. Any Consumption above the total kWh allowed shall be charged at 0.20 cents per kWh.
6. A fee will be charged for unreturned keys or remotes.

Why can't I call Davut (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Davut (the owner) a message.

If Davut (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
