Our home away from home, this apartment is the ideal family or couple holiday location.

Situated between the historical towns of ANTIBES and CANNES it is just a twenty minute drive from NICE airport.

It is a stylish ground floor apartment offering every modern convenience including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc etc. The spacious living room has two sofa beds, flat screen TV, DVD and WI-FI internet.

Both the bedroom and living room open onto a private terrace and sun drenched garden with its own deck area ideal for lounging in the sun or enjoying an evening's barbeque with some local French wines.

The apartment is in Domaine Juan Flore, a private gated secure residence just metres from the beautiful beach, it has a wonderful swimming pool and landscaped floral gardens.

A baby travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge, if required.

We provide all bed linen, towels and beach towels free of charge so remember to travel light!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Melanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
