From the owner

The property consists of two houses : the main house ( sleeps 6 ) and another smaller house ( sleeps 4 ). The small house can be rented for an additional 1000 Euros/week. (Please note that it's not possible to rent the smaller house on its own). Private parking is available within the property and can accommodate two cars.The villa is ideally located at the end of the very exclusive Cap d'Antibes. It is a stone throw away from the famous and colourful Port de l'Olivette where you can enjoy swimming in the warm open waters. A sandy beach is also 100m away. The Cap d'Antibes is famous for its fabulous views on the Alps and for its rich and famous clientele. The Hotel du Cap, one of the world's most exclusive resort is 200m away from the villa. It is also probably the best location to discover the French riviera and the region: Cannes and St Tropez to the West and Nice and Monaco to the East.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christian Detrois (the owner) a message.

If Christian Detrois (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
