Cet avis est totalement mensonger. Cette personne de mauvaise foi m a sollicité pour une réservation pour l année suivante. Je lui ai uniquement répondu que mes tarifs n étaient pas encore à jour mais que j allais m en occuper. Effectivement, le tarif final proposé était plus élevé que celui apparaissant à l origine car il m est impossible de proposer un appartement de 100 m2 à 75€ la nuitée en plein été. Je déplore la malhonnêteté de ce locataire dont les propos sont infondés et ne méritent pas d être présents sur ce site. Nous avons 100% de taux d occupation dans l année donc notre honnêteté depuis 15 ans que nous exerçons cette activité n est plus à démontrer. Notre appartement est de standing et il est inadmissible que des locataires dénigrent les honnêtes propriétaires car ils n ont tout simplement pas les moyens de se payer de belles vacances !!!

Another wonderful week at Yvan's flat in Juan les Pins. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The garden is super and it is really well located. We'll definitely be back for a third year!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yvan (the owner) a message.

If Yvan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
