E Komomai! Welcome to Hale M! Our beach cottage sits on over half an acre of land at the center of a beautiful bay in the Kahuku area. The home is steps from one of the most private and secluded beaches on O'ahu. The beach is pleasant for swimming year round. The cottage has been in our family for several generations. All the rooms are tongue and groove redwood paneled, and the family room with 15 foot ceilings is surrounded by 3 bedrooms, two of which have bay windows with stunning ocean views. There is an ocean front deck as well as a large sheltered lanai perfect for year round al fresco dining. The walls are filled with Hawaiian themed art pieces that depict local vistas or places with sentimental value and are an expression of the family's deep connection to the Islands. Hale M is not a generic rental, but an authentic family beach house with many unique features and memories. We hope you, your family and friends will form your own treasured memories here as we have over the years. The house comfortably sleeps six adults, but if you have an extra keiki (child) or two, we can accommodate up to 8 persons. Our cottage is functional and rustic. Everything works, but may not be brand new. The sheets don't match, the towels don't match, the dishes don't match: but the sheets are all cotton, the towels are plentiful and the dishes are china! We have a selection of beach toys, chairs, life jackets, croquet and bocce balls for your entertainment. If functional-rustic is your style then this is your beach house!     We the owners of this house respect our neighbors and therefore would like outdoor noise and music to stop at 10pm. We also allow a max of 6 adult occupants over night. Small children can raise the guest count to 8. We do not allow camping with tents in the yard or on the beach fronting the house. The minimum stay at the house is 3 nights. We do not allow large events like weddings at the house.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Stanley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
