From the owner

Hawaii Sheffield House is located only 10 houses to Kailua Beach. The closest beach access is Kaapuni Loop. The address is 131 Kuulei road. Sheffield House provides a home away from home for your Kailua Hawaii vacation. The Ginger Studio is a ground floor unit. The Ginger Studio has free off street parking, free hi speed wifi, high definition cable TV, boogie boards and a first morning complementary continental breakfast. The Ginger Studio has a private entrance, private bath and queen bed with Hawaiian applique quilts. There is a private outdoor garden area with a table and two chairs. While quiet split system AC is provided, ceiling fans and ocean trade winds are the norm. The private bath has a large shower but no tub. (see the pictures.) It rents for $199-$219 per night for a party of two. A one time cleaning fee of $80 is charged. Tax is 17.97% As a small business, we ask that before booking that you consider that this is what you want to do. Bookings more than 2 months in advance are limited to a 7+ night stays. Note this room is too small for 3 adults. Shorter stays are booked within a month and a half of arrival. Our policy is first come first served based on receipt of deposit. There is a public outdoor pool and many tennis courts only 13 houses away at the Kailua District Park. The Beach is 10 houses away in the other direction. The beach access is off of Ka'apuni. It can be rented with the adjoining separate Sheffield House Garden Suite or Flipkey 3177588 to house a party of 5. At this time we have a no refund policy. Please be very sure that you are traveling before you book . If you have health concerns please purchase travel insurance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
