From the owner

Villa Kokinagrimos on the island of Rhodes is an exclusive newly built villa (July 2015), which provides comfort and luxury in a private environment. Built with natural materials it has a mountain view at the back and 180 ° sea views at the front.

The property is centrally located between the city of Rhodes (23 km) and Lindos town (29 km). Shops and restaurants are available within five minutes by car, as are the many beautiful beaches. The Faliraki nightlife is at 3 km, with also the largest water park in Europe.

The villa was designed modern and stylish. From the terrace runs the light blue waters of the infinity pool over the azure waters of the sea. Guests can enjoy the endless sea view from every terrace of each bedroom.

A fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences offers everything you need to strike the blow. A microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker, freezer, toaster, nespresso-machine, kettle, a full white china plates, cutlery, wine glasses, water - and champagne glasses. Everything is new.

The villa offers a large flat screen smart-TV and free unlimited WI-FI, which can also be used outdoors.

The extra large 10 * 4 meter infinity pool in turquoise mosaic tiles is also heated.

At guests disposal there is a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All sliding doors downstairs and upstairs have insect screens. The first floor is accessible via the wide and easy steps.

The villa can accommodate eight persons. All bedrooms have new beds with box spring mattresses, new linens and duvets / pillows. All have air conditioning and heating, cupboards and blinds. Each bedroom has its own spacious terrace with sea views. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with modern shower with glass wall, separate toilet and sink. The walls and flooring in the bathrooms are prepared with a special water-free product, which gives it looks sleek and modern.

For the children there is a baby bath, wiper, high chair at request.

Rhodes has 300 sunny days a year, the villa provides 10x4 pool (heated when necessary). The pool is accessible via a simple stairway with handrail. The concrete floor was extended within the three large terraces outside, which feature outdoor furniture to enjoy each terrace. The loungers, parasols and several lounge chairs complete the picture. There is also an outdoor shower. There is Outside lighting and pool lighting.

Outside there is a big green egg bbq, outdoor lounge seats an a dining area, all with a magnificent sea view.

For a week stay, the house is cleaned once per week. As well as the final cleaning is included. All towels available for pool, shower and sink.

Personalized welcome at the airport and all necessary information about the house is available in the villa itself. During your stay, the contact is always accessible. If desired, your car could be ready at the airport.

Why can't I call Pieter (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pieter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
