A semi-detached house in a magnificent location, within a complex of six vacation houses. Located in a fenced plot of 4000 m2, a garden filled with olive trees, flowering laurels, tufted reeds and wonderful pomegranate, a hillside filled with centuries-old pine trees on the idyllic sandy bay of Spathies to the west side Peninsula of Sithonia.
A small path about 80 meters leads to a breathtaking beach with turquoise waters.
Built in 2008 almost up to 120 m2, with living and dining area and a fireplace on the ground floor and a well equipped and functional kitchen .
Open style kitchen with electric oven and gas hobs , extractor fan, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave and full dinnerware dishes, glasses and cooking utencils. There is also a washing machine, TV and DVD Player.All rooms are equipped with air-conditioners and dehumidifiers.
Next to the the kitchen the balcony is the best place for having a sunny breakfast and an outdoor coffee. The hall surrounding space of 120 m2 is covered by gazebos pole offering coolness.
There are also comfortable seats and outdoor tables .
A staircase leads to the upper floor: 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed and direct output on the balcony with wonderful mountain views, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A Bathroom with shower and a toilet. .A grill for barbecues and beach umbrellas for the beach .2 parking slots next to the house.On all doors are screens for insects. The home interior is non-smoking.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
