SIMPLY KALYVES is an elegant apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath and shared pool of 60 m2. It is one of six apartments in a complex in Kalyves, very close (200m) to the beach. The pool is shared with the residents of the other 1 rental apartment and the other 4 apartments of local residents.

Apartment is 60 m2, ground floor with 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet, open plan kitchen-living-dining area. Features heating/air-conditioning in each room, TV, sofa bed, dining table with chairs and Washing machine laundry. Accommodates 4 comfortably. Functional kitchen offers dishwasher and full cooking facilities with refrigerator, cooktop/oven, microwave, sink, cupboards, dishes/glasses/cutlery and utensils for cooking. Also provided are towels, sheets, blankets, extra bed and baby cot if needed. Fire extinguisher, first aid kit and free internet Wi-Fi. Parking free in the private lot in front or on the street. 24/7 arrival.

Kalyves has many amenities, including banks, shops, cafes and traditional restaurants. Grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries and filling stations are all close and accessible. Kalyves also boasts three sandy beaches, and has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for beach cleanliness, and exceptional quality bathing water standards. All beaches are within walking distance. In one 400 m distance there is a picturesque small river into green with cafes and restaurants alongside for romantic walks which ends into the sea in 150 m.

From Chania going east on the National high way exit Kalyves and in 500 you are in the center of Kalyves, turn right for 400 m, as start going uphill you are there. You are welcome! If you arrive at Chania Airport or Chania city or Souda port we will gladly pick you up and drive you to SIMPLY KALYVES.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christos (the owner) a message.

If Christos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
