Outside Areas - The villa is accessed from the back - there is a main door at street level leading to the ground and first floor levels, and steps leading down to the lower ground floor accommodation, which has its own private entrance.
The infinity pool (5 metres x 8 metres) and marbled patio area around the pool can be accessed both from the lounge/diner on the lower ground floor, and by outside steps down from the upper level accommodation. Dining table & chairs, seats 12. Stone built BBQ at pool level. There is plenty of space to park at the front of the property

Our local management company will provide a meet and greet service, to help familiarise your group with the villa and area and will be on hand to help throughout your stay. A welcome pack is also supplied. For an additional cost, a hot meal can be arranged.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa will be cleaned weekly, where linen and towels will be changed for a fresh set.
Daily services include the servicing of the pool, and garden area.
Private chef and baby sitting services can be supplied on request. A cot and/or high chair are available at an additional charge.
We can also arrange your Airport Transfers and Car Hire for when you arrive – Please ask us before booking for further information.
