Villa Chloe sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 spacious air conditioned bedrooms. It is located on a quiet lane with views of the sea and mountains. The swimming pool is larger than most and the size and layout of the Villa makes it ideal for larger, extended families or two families/ couples sharing. The Villa benefits from modern open plan living space, with doors opening out on to the pool and terrace areas. The first and second floors are identical each with an ensuite double bedroom and an ensuite twin bedroom which open out onto a shared balcony overlooking the pool, sea and mountains.
The roof terrace with its luxurious sofas enjoys spectacular views and is equipped with its own kitchenette, bbq and Pergola offering shade and privacy. Indeed once you have chosen Villa Chloe the only decision you will need to make is whether to lie by the pool or relax on the roof top terrace soaking up the sun and the view, preferably with a sundowner or two!

The Villa has three designated dining areas and two BBQ's. The Kitchen is fully equipped with every thing you could possibly need from a Cafetiere to plastic cutlery and crockery for very young children.
A convenience store is less than a 3-minute stroll up the lane where there is also an excellent Restaurant and bar. All your essential provisions can be found here along with fresh bread and beer! They will deliver.
A key advantage to our villa is its proximity to the sea. There are two beach clubs in Kisla both within walking distance. The Kalkan Beach Club is less than a 5-minute meander away and is totally free, there is a small shingle beach with water slide and a restaurant and bar. The seasonal Water Taxi operates from here and is free to diners otherwise for a nominal charge it's a relaxing way to travel into Kalkan. The second beach club is at the luxurious Mahal hotel. There is an entrance charge to use the facilities. As non-residents you can dine in one of their water front restaurants. Both offer extensive water sports.
In addition Kalkan has an award winning pebble beach and the stunning Kaputas beach is less than 6km by road. Patara National Park with its Lycian ruins and 18 km stretch of coastline is a 20-minute drive away. Things to see and do: - Off-season when the weather is cooler walks along the Lycian way (www.lycianway.com) are a wonderful way to explore the region steeped in history.
Visiting Kas, which is about 25 km along the scenic coast road boasts a pretty harbour, magnificent marina, and yet more ancient ruins. Lycian history is found in abundance at Tlos, Xanthos, Patara, Kekova, and Simena Island, whilst the Greek islands of Meis and Rhodes are also easy day trips.
A mere 20 minutes drive away up in the Taurus Mountains there are some pretty villages many with trout farms/restaurants and Kalkan's Thursday market is a fun place to grab a bargain!

The villa is currently undergoing some refurbishment to enhance the property these include a shaded dining area outside, internal painting, upgraded outdoor furniture and sun beds and a wrought iron pergola on the roof for maximum comfort and privacy.
