SPECIAL OFFERS FOR 2017 !! Suro Evi offers total privacy as it is not overlooked by any other property. The views are totally uninterrupted. The patio area is exceptionally large with a shower, 6 sunbeds, a hammock and bean bags. The pool itself is very large for a private villa, measuring approx 40sqm. There is a large brick and marble built bbq. Up some steps is a beautiful Ottoman seating area with rugs and cushions where you can relax under the shade of the olive trees. The villa itself is exceptionally large with a ground floor area of approx. 300sq m. The kitchen has been updated in 2013 with granite worktops plus an island/breakfast bar, new hob, sink and large fridge/freezer with ice making machine and wine racks etc. There is also a freestanding water cooler in the kitchen. A huge rooftop terrace offers magnificent views of Kalkan, the sea and the beautiful mountains. Easy walking distance to the beautiful town of Kalkan, the harbour and the beach. Car hire is totally unnecessary. The nearest restaurant is directly across the road and the nearest supermarket approximately 1min. Getting around

Lots of taxis in Kalkan. A taxi fare from town to the villa is just 10tl which is less than £2 as we are so close to town.

Family of 6 adults & 3 grandchildren all had a great time. The villa exceeded expectations in every aspect. Bit of a walk uphill from the town but do-able even for us old folk. Supermarket a just a short walk away. All in all; Highly recommended. Sue, the owner, was just so helpful sorting everything; she was great

We are a family of 5 including 4 adults and one teenager - We had a great week at this villa - there was pleanty to keep everyone happy. It was just as described and very conveniently located 10 minutes walk down the hill to the centre of Town and a 2 minute taxi ride back up for £3! Eell located for all activities but with the advantage of a cooling breeze - we need it as temperatures were 45 degrees and above. Great rooms, well provisioned and lovely pool / outside areas We had some lovely evenings Barbequeing by the pool - just pop over to the local restaurant to get fresh Turckish side dishes cooked to order We would thoroughlym recommend this villa and Kalkan for agreat week's holiday

We all agreed that this was one of the most lovely holidays we have had as an all round experience. There were 7 of us - myself and my husband, our 3 children (aging from 10-19 years of age) and my parents, who are in their 60's. Villa Suro Evi is really lovely, very spacious with the most fabulous and tranquil outlook over the sea and Kalkan town. The pool and garden areas are beautiful, not overlooked, very peaceful, very clean and well kept. There is a lovely balance of sunbathing areas and shade with the Ottaman/Olive tree - just perfect. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. The hill is quite steep, but cabs were so cheap if we didn't fancy the walk. Kalkan is not only a beautiful town but has everything. A huge choice of fabulous restaurants, general amenities and great shopping, along with the market which was great fun. The people of Kalkan are truly delightful, service is very good and everyone was always so willing to help at any point, but without being overbearing. We really loved every moment of this holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return.
