Located in the heart of Kalamar Bay, in Kalkan - a 5 minute walk from: Kalamar Beach club, Hotel Kalube gardens and swimming platforms. Villa Azure is exceptionally spacious inside and out and is full of interior design touches to ensure luxury, cosiness and comfort.

A variety of cafes and restaurants are within a few minutes walk.

Azure offers a luxury home from home experience and is flanked by olive groves, offering good levels of privacy. Azure enjoys panoramic views of the islands and the Taurus mountains. All bedrooms have sea views and furnished balconies. The top floor bedroom has immediate access to the large furnished roof terrace and bar, with shaded gazebo to escape from the sun or to indulge in a little private sunbathing. Perfect for pre dinner drinks watching the stunning sunsets.

The large infinity pool (which can be heated in early and late season) is surrounded by marble terraces in full sun complimented by plenty of shaded areas, including ottoman seating. With no compromise on luxury, Azure creates an ambiance of Mediterranean living at its best. WiFi, IPTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Wii, music systems, BBQ, table tennis and secure double garage.

We realise your holiday is special, and we aim to please by providing a personal service. We do not operate scheduled 'changeover days' or blocks of 7 / 14 days and will be as flexible as possible with your preferred check in and check out dates . We like to establish a dialogue from the outset of a booking , to help guests plan their holiday. With this in mind we do not accept instant bookings.

Space and style will greet you as soon as you open the doors to Villa Azure. As you enter the first reception hall you will get a sense of the open-plan luxury that awaits you and as you make your way through the villa you will be amazed by the quality of your surroundings. White walls, turkish rugs, marble flooring and contemporary art work create an ambiance that is truly Mediterranean. A collection of DVDs and reading books are available, but you may wish to bring your favourites. There is a cafe/restaurant within 200 metres and plenty of other places opening all the time as you walk along the Kalamar Road. There are two small and one larger supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The roof top gazebo, bar and sunbathing area is delightful . Please note it is a non-smoking villa.Also worthy of note is the fact that the toilets take paper unlike many in central Kalkan.

Azure has a private infinity pool which looks magnificent floodlit by under-water lighting at night. The pool can be heated in early and late season so please enquire for details. The terrace space wraps around the villa, so there is plenty of space for everyone to relax - in full sun or shade. There is a built-in BBQ in the garden and a covered pergola over the outside dining table offers more protection from the sun. The spectacular roof terrace is huge and an additional gazebo , sitting area and bar has been constructed so that you can sip your favourite cocktail in real comfort as you watch the sun go down. There are sun-loungers around the pool and additional parasols. Chairs in the garden invite you to sit in the shade to read or snooze! First floor bedroom balconies all have chairs with comfy cushions and small table .The gardens are full of plants: palms, bougainvillea, jasmine, citrus trees and herbs next to the BBQ. Table tennis included.

Why can't I call Peter (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
