A Luxury Modern Villa with lots of external space for sunbathing and relaxing whilst still being only 15 minutes walk (or a few minutes taxi ride away) from the shops and roof terrace restaurants of the quaint old town of Kalkan. Immediate vicinity restaurants are only approx 5 minutes walk away.

Villa Destiny awaits you. From the moment you arrive at Villa Destiny you appreciate the emphasis on outdoor living with spacious sunbathing areas surrounding the 10m x 5m infinity pool and infinity jacuzzi. The Rattan Furniture under the pergola provides an ideal area where pre dinner drinks can be enjoyed prior to dining on the Terrace.

Leading from the outdoor area you enter the designer kitchen fitted with modern appliances and black granite worktops. Another dining area here accommodates 8 people. A lounge on this floor offers relaxing sofas with a TV, Ipod Docking Station and a selection of Books and DVD's. Cushioned furniture is provided on the balconies and outdoor areas for those quiet tranquil moments. For the more active there is a pool table, table tennis and PS3 with games and to keep you in touch with the outside world the Villa also has WIFI.

All 4 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, mirrors and dressing tables. Styling hair-dyers are provided in each bedroom for your use at the villa.

Further details

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the villa rental price is required to secure a booking.

The outstanding balance is required 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

We also require a £300 breakage and damages deposit, which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within 14 days from the end of your holiday.

If Villa guests use the barbeque we require you to clean it before departure. Included in rental:

Complimentary welcome pack on arrival.

Complimentary bread delivery every morning. Use of Towels, tea towels, pool towels and bed linen.

Changeover clean following your departure.

Pool, terraces and grounds maintained daily. We request that arrival guests to the Villa arrive from 4pm onwards and departing guests depart by 11am on arrival/departure days.

Changeover day is Saturday although this is flexible depending on bookings. If staying for 14 nights or more a mid stay clean is complimentary. If staying for 7 nights a mid stay can be booked at an extra charge.

Ideal for 2 or 3 families or 4 couples - ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1st floor has living/dining/kitchen area and pool area and 2nd floor has further 2 bedrooms. Plasma TV in Living Area with PS3 and Games and CD/Ipod docking station.

2 foldup beds with mattresses are also available (rental charge £25 each) - these can be used in Bedroom 3 along with Superking Size bed for a family with 2 children or should 4 or 5 children wish to share that room or alternatively 1 foldup bed can be used in Bedroom 3 and 1 foldup bed can be used in the Master Bedroom allowing Villa to accomodate up to 10 people.

There are steps up to the main entrance to the villa and the 3 floors within the villa may prove difficult for those with mobility considerations.

Fantastic sunbathing/relaxing areas on sun terrace and balconies. Sunbeds for 10 people. Shaded pergola seating and shaded external dining area for breaks from the midday sun.

Table tennis table and pool table - great for the children and adults!

Due to the infinity pool (1.65m depth, no shallow end) and infinity jacuzzi we advise that children are supervised at all times when in and around pool/jacuzzi area and around terraces and railings by a responsible adult. No inflatables in pool due to infinity edge.

Property has external CCTV system and House Alarm.

A garage is available at the property.

As well as our Complimentary Welcome Pack from us our Management Team can also provide a morning bread and milk delivery service, ice and water delivery and our guests can also benefit from being able to pre-order food and drinks to be delivered to the Villa ready for their arrival (extra cost for the latter). For Coffee lovers we have a Nespresso coffee machine and you are welcome to bring your own capsules or they can be purchased from our Management Team.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
