Villa Kariska is extremely spacious both inside and out making it ideal for either one or two families or a group of friends wishing to holiday together.

Villa Kariska has beautiful mature gardens which provide an oasis full of trees and bourganvillea with open views of the Taurus mountains and Kalkan bay.

The light and airy interior has been tastefully decorated in contemporary style encompassing both Turkish and English influences. An outstanding feature of the villa is the first floor which is dedicated to a gorgeous master suite comprising of a 6 foot 4 poster bed,its own lounge area with ensuite, private balcony and stunning views.

Outside, there is a variety of areas to enjoy al fresco living, allowing ample opportunity for socialising or finding that quiet spot - enjoy the sunny private pool and terraces, courtyard, secluded shaded hammock or relaxing on your own private balcony.

Villa Kariska is located in the very popular Ortalan area of Kalkan. It is an easy 10 minute stroll downhill into the centre of Kalkan and a further 5 minutes to the enchanting marina and beach.

There is a local agent available who will visit you and make sure you have settled in and will answer any questions. He is also available during your trip should you need any help with the villa. The pool and terrace are serviced everyday and there is a linen change at the end of the first week. If you need more regular servicing let me know and this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Why can't I call Fiona (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
