Constantia Apartment, boasts magnificent uninterrupted views from the extensive patio. The patio is out-side living at its best with beautiful views over the bay and harbour in the exclusive and much sought-after Komerluk area of Kalkan. It is only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre.One of the largest individually-designed apartments in the complex of 9 apartments.835 square meters including balcony.

1) There are 2 good size bedrooms; the Master bedroom -extremely large (with more wardrobes and cupboards than you would imagine for a holiday apartment)! A mosquito net is provided - which is invaluable. There is a marble tiled en-suit with vanity unit and a small balcony off the main bedroom with sea view.

2) The Second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobe,dressing table,drawers,cupboards and bedside table.

Its worth noting that the bedrooms are situated in the rear of the property, which helps to keep them cool from the heat of the day.

3) Utility Room: washing Machine, cool bag and beach umbrella.

The Living area is L-shaped

4) Kitchen-newly fitted 4 years ago-has gas hob,electric oven,extractor fan,microwave, crockery,tumblers wine glassy -every thing you will need. (If you want to cook yourselves!!.)

5) Preparation area - marble tops.- looking out to the uninterrupted sea view whilst preparing meals.

6). Indoor dining area-table and 4 chairs.

7) The light and comfortable lounge area. with sea view has ,a large L-shaped sofa unit, which will seat 6/7 plus a large arm chair. DVD player with screen, also a docking system and a CD player to play your own music.(although I have manyCDs they are mainly 60s music! FREE WI-FI -

8) Large private patio area with 2 large sun-blinds( extra privacy)

Outside: The shared pool area has a shower/WC area, parasols,wooden

sun loungers with cushions (please bring your own beach towels). The pool is approx. 10m x 5.5m x 1.5m (depth)

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Meet and Greet Service: welcome pack is provided with bread, tea, milk, etc.An English-speaking manager is on hand. Mid-week clean including linen/towels change . A daily maid service to empty the bins. Towels provided.

The spacious L shaped living area effectively separates your lounge / TV area from your kitchen. The two bedrooms are above average size with the 20 foot master bedroom in particular offering additional wardrobe and cupboard space as well as a small privare balcony, again with sea views.

There are 2 good size bedrooms; the master bedroom is extremely large (with more wardrobes and cupboards than you would imagine for a holiday apartment)! A mosquito net is provided - which is invaluable. There's a marble tiled en-suit with vanity unit and a small balcony off the bedroom with sea view.

The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobe, dressing table,drawers, cupboards and bedside table, with a marble tiled en-suite shower room.

It's worth noting that the bedrooms are situated in the rear of the property, which helps to keep them cool from the raging sun that shines in through the wide picture windows in the lounge area.

The living area is L-shaped with a new fitted kitchen (with all accessories); when preparing food, the marble preparation area looks out to uninterrupted sea views... and the dining area, with table and chairs for 4 also shares that magnificent sea view. The lounge area is peaceful and once again enjoys those full sea views; it has a large L-shaped sofa unit, which will fit up to 6 people. A screen is provided for a DVD player and also a docking system to play your own music.

Utility Room: Small utility room with washing machine, cool bag, beach umbrella.

We consider the front balcony to be the best in the block. The retractable blinds mean that you are not overlooked and give you the choice of sun or shade till the late afternoon. The area is large enough for your four sun beds with enough room left over to host dinner for six if you choose to eat on your very own rooftop restaurant.

The shared pool area has a shower/ WC area, parasols, wooden sun loungers with cushions (please bring your own beach towels) The pool is approx. 10m x 5.5m x 1.5m (depth). On the apartment's private patio are 4 sunbeds, a dining table (which can seat up to 6) and 2 large sun blinds that allow for shade and extra privacy. I am able to book transfers from Dalaman airport with a local and reliable company. You will be met at the apartment by the manager who visits the apartment daily. Meet and Greet is a 24 hour service where you will be met and given the key to your apartment. Bins are emptied daily and a mid week change of linen , including towels., On arrival you will have a welcome pack,milk,water,bread etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jocelyn (the owner) a message.

If Jocelyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
