Villa Evin is modern luxurious seaside villa with a fantastic location literally metres from the water's edge. Within two minutes you can be swimming off the seaside bathing platforms or enjoying breakfast or lunch at the waterside beach club. This is a peaceful residential area ideal for relaxation and recuperation and a great place to enjoy the crystal clear Blue Flag awarded waters of Kalkan bay. When you want, you can join the buzz of the town, by just hopping on the local water taxi to take you to the town centre. There you will find the pretty small streets of Kalkan's charming old quarter teeming with small shops, excellent restaurants and café/bars.

Villa Evin is a spacious two bedroom two bathroom villa comfortably sleeping 4 in one double and one twin/double bedroom. The villa's layout and location attracts couples looking for a romantic escape, small families with children, as well as friends holidaying together. Outside the private infinity pool and separate Jacuzzi pool have stunning sea views and the large pool terrace offers sun and shade at different times of the day, with areas for sunbathing, outdoor dining or just relaxing in the shade of the garden pergola. To the rear of the villa is a mature garden of lemon, orange, lime and Olive trees set among Hibiscus, Jasmine and Begonvillea.

Equipped and presented to high standard you will find everything you can possible need at Villa Evin for the holiday of lifetime. We the owners live locally and manage the villa and, if you want, are on hand to assist with everything from car hire, to a private boat trip or in house catering.

As the owner I am living and working in Kalkan all year round. I will be on hand to meet with the guests if they need help in arranging anything during their holiday. I can also be found during Monday to Saturday at our town centre office (Black Lion Property).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bridget Anne (the owner) a message.

If Bridget Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
