Villa Tara is perfect for a holiday in the beautiful and tranquil setting of Kalamar Bay, Kalkan. This 4 bedroom 5 bathroom villa is ideal for families or a group of friends. The villa is set over 4 floors with all rooms having balconies with views over the bay. There are 2 separate lounges, one with access to the pool and the other on the first floor with access to the outside terrace.

The villa has 3 outside terraces so you can enjoy spectacular views and sunsets. The roof terrace is the ideal spot for enjoying a cocktail watching the fishing boats and fabulous sunsets. For al fresco dining there is a large patio and barbeque area by the private pool and a large dining terrace off the first floor lounge.

The popular Kalamar beach club is 5 min walk from the villa and offers a full range of diving and water sports. The villa is conveniently located just 5 mins walk from the restaurants and shops of Kalamar and a 15 min walk from Kalkan. This picturesque town has a wide choice of shops, restaurants and bars. The peaceful location of the villa in makes for a relaxing and memorable holiday

Villa Tara is conveniently located for guests to explore the turquoise coast with the beautiful beaches of Patara and Kaputas only 10 mins drive away. The Lycian history and ancient sites of the area are all close by and inland the mountains are great for seeing the unspoilt traditional way of life.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom on first floor has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and private sea-facing balcony.

Twin bedroom on first floor has 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom walk in shower and private sea-facing balcony.

Twin bedroom on second floor has two single beds, en-suite bathroom walk in shower and private sea-facing balcony.

Double bedroom on lower floor has queen size bed, adjacent bathroom with shower and patio doors to pool side terrace .

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite or a bathroom adjacent. There is an additional bathroom on ground floor.

Kitchen: The main kitchen is on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric and gas hob, electric oven and extractor. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle are also provided. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen.

Living Room: The living room on the 1st floor provides comfortable seating for 8 people and has a large balcony over looking the pool on one side and patio doors leading to a large outside dining terrace. From the terrace there are beautiful views over Kalamar Bay.

The dining terrace is off the kitchen with a table to seat 8 people.

There is a 70 inch plasma Television with English, Turkish and European language satellite.

The music system is CD/MP3 compatible and there is a DVD player.

Poolside Living Room: There is a large living room by the poolside with seating for 8 people. This gives flexibility for families as it can be used as a safe indoor play area for younger children or a retreat from the mid day sun. Ideal for reading or playing board games. The room has a satellite television. Large French doors lead to the poolside.

Utility Room: The utility area is located on the lower ground floor with a washing machine, dryer rack, and iron/ironing board. There is an outside line for drying clothes .

Cleaning: Weekly cleaning and change of linens/towels is provided for stays of 2 weeks or longer. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and each room has its own air-conditioning unit.

We provide a cot and a child high chair for families with young children.

Further details outdoors: The villa has a parking port for cars.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor life as there are 3 large terraces; off the pool there is a shaded terrace with a table and chairs, off the living area is a large dining terrace and on the roof there is a large terrace with seating and a table. The views from the roof and dining terrace are spectacular. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining.

The villa has it`s own a private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. There are gardens to the front and rear of the villa- you can pick your own lemons, pomegranate, and olives. There is a jungle shower by the pool for cooling down.

We live in Kalkan and will greet guests on arrival. Our caretaker calls daily to clean the pool and gardens. He is on call to deal with any issues during your stay. Check in is by key safe and is from 2 pm and check out is 11.00. We will try to be flexible depending on other guests arrival and departure times.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Huseyin/ Caroline (the owner) a message.

If Huseyin/ Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
