Hello and thank you for considering our Villa Yesil Kelebek!

The property is imaginatively designed, incorporating frontages of curved glass with more traditional features, a private garden, a terrace, a pergola and a pool overlooking the broad sweep of the bay. Sitting Room/Kitchen Entrance is into a large open-plan room with a comfortable sitting area with a double sofa bed, TV/DVD player, separate dining area with seating for eight people and a large fully-fitted kitchen. A small WC is located by the front door.

Bedrooms Upstairs are a double master bedroom and a second twin bedroom. Each has an en suite bathroom with shower/WC and each has a private balcony with stunning views across the bay.

Curved sliding doors run across the majority of the frontage which afford spectacular views of the bay. These doors open onto the spacious terrace, garden and pool area which, again, look directly out to sea. Outside next to the pool there is a Pergola ideal for escaping the heat of the afternoon sun. Furnished with comfortable turkish pillows, chairs, and table. This area is perfect for reading, pre dinner drinks or a quiet snooze.

Housekeeping service is introducing our guests to the villa on the first day. Our caretaker / gardener will be happy to help during your whole stay. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Beach with crystal clear water less than a minute from the Villa. The beach club offers sun-beds and umbrellas. Several places to have breakfast, lunch or coffee in walking distance. There is a small Grocery store nearby. The beautiful Village of Kalkan is just across the bay, a boat service is going back and forth every 30 minutes. Cleaning service is provided two times per week during the stay, included in the price.

Hallo Zusammen, wir lieben diese Unterkunft. Zuerst mal kurz zu uns. Wir haben bereits zahlreiche private Unterkünfte in Thailand, Costa Rica, St. Lucia usw. genutzt. Ich will nicht behaupten, dass diese Unterkunft in allen Kategorien gleichzeitig die Beste war. Dies kann auch nicht der Fall sein, da wir unterschiedliche Prioritäten gesetzt haben. Da wir einen kleinen Sohn haben, haben wir versucht folgende Punkte in einer Unterkunft zu erhalten. 1. Klimaanlage 2. Beheizbarer Pool 3. Aussicht 4. exklusive Ausstattung 5. Nähe zu Sandstränden 6. Nähe zu Ausflugszielen 1. Klimaanlagen sind in jedem Zimmer. Top !! 2. Pool geht auf 32 Grad, bei tollem Wetter auch auf 34. Das ist genial für unseren Sohn und uns, da unbheizte Pools keinen Spaß machen und nicht viel genutzt werden. Weiterhin bietet der Aussenbreich auch genug schattige Plätze bei Bedarf. 3. Die Aussicht aus dem Gartenbereich ist sehr schön, besonders von den beiden Balkonen der Schlafzimmer. 4. Die Ausstattung, optisch, als auch an Equipment ist sehr gut. Hier kann man sich nur bei Hans bedanken. 5. Patara und Kaputas sind die besten beiden Sandstrände weit und breit. Sie sind sehr schön und innerhalb ein paar Minuten mit Auto oder Taxi erreichbar. 6. Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass uns Hans mit ein paar Extrawünschen entgegengekommen ist, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Wir haben das bekommen, was wir erwartet haben und noch etwas mehr. Ich hoffe ich konnte einen objektiven Eindruck vermitteln. Von mir volle Punktzahl. Gruß Ingo

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hans (the owner) a message.

If Hans (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
