Accommodation at its very best - private, detached and luxurious. Beluga is a large, contemporary styled villa, ( 330 sq meters,) just 200m from Kalkan Bay with unrivalled views of the Mediterranean with the Taurus mountains as a backdrop. The villa is situated in an outstanding position in Mahal Mevki, the villa receives the sun all day and is one of the last places in Kalkan, where the sun sets.

Villa Beluga can accommodate up to 10 guests, The bedrooms are very spacious Additional guests,( over 6,) will be charged a reasonable rate per night, please contact us for details.

Beluga is behind Villa Mahal, a boutique hotel, voted by the Times Newspaper as having one of the best views in the world. Beluga is a short distance to beach clubs, sports and entertainment facilities and a provisions store. Kalkan centre is less than 5 minutes drive or a 20-minute walk, you can, if you prefer, take a free water taxi from villa Mahal to the harbour.

Beluga has a spectacular 10-metre private freshwater infinity pool, a brand new jacuzzi, spacious terraces, sun loungers, floating sunbeds, parasols and relaxing poolside furniture. For alfresco dining, we have a 10-seater dining table and a BBQ. On the upper terrace we have a shaded pergola and additional sunbeds, inside there are large air-conditioned rooms, en-suite bedrooms, and a modern kitchen with quality appliances, a large American style fridge, water cooler and breakfast bar etc.

A spacious, open plan living area with a deep, sumptuous corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and a modern music system to play CDs, iPods, MP3s etc.

There is free high-speed WiFi access throughout the villa. The TV has Sky Movies, all the Sky sports channels plus BT Sports (which airs the Premier League football matches).

There is a large picture window door leading straight out onto the pool terrace. We have a large games room with a full-sized American pool table and table tennis. The villa has a garden courtyard, and two private and shaded car parking spaces. It is serviced weekly throughout your stay with gardens and a pool maintained daily with fresh linen and towels weekly. Villa Mahal offers facilities such as a free water taxi to Kalkan harbour, a beach club, a bar and a restaurant.

Please note that prices are based on 6 people. There will be a small charge per night for additional people

Kalkan is very Hilly. Villa Beluga is on a hill and is therefore not suitable for the infirm. The pool is on the main living area level and therefore children must be supervised at all times.

The walk into Kalkan involves going up a steep hill but thereafter it is mainly down hill. Taxis are very reasonable in Kalkan and can often be cheaper than daily car hire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
