Situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan, Villa Keros is a luxurious detached private villa with 3 en-suite bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed in each & 1 room with 2 single beds). All rooms have sea views and air conditioning.
It has a private infinity pool, and has free WIFI & satellite T.V. with British & international channels. A gas BBQ is also available.
The villa has beautiful views over Kalkan Bay and it is only 2 minutes walk from the villa down to the sea at The Kalkan Park beach club, which has free entrance, free sun loungers, free wifi and a bar/restaurant. A water taxi can be taken from there into Kalkan Harbour.
Water sports are available at the beach club.
The renowned Mahal beach club is less than 5 minutes walk.
A number of other restaurants & bars & a small grocery convenience shop are no more than a 5 minute walk.
The ground floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table & chairs for 6 people, an air conditioned lounge with seating for 6 people & a downstairs toilet.
Patio doors lead from there out to the south facing pool and sun terrace area. Here there are 6 sun loungers & 2 sun parasols around the private infinity pool.The view over Kalkan Bay from there is stunning. - Pool towels are provided.
A table & 6 chairs are available for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ is also available.
Being an infinity pool, it has no railings on the open sides, so may not be suitable for young children and babies. The pool is approximately 2 metres deep all round & measures 6m x 5m at its widest points.
All bedrooms are upstairs. They are air conditioned & have their own en-suite facilities & a balcony or terrace giving breathtaking views over Kalkan bay. Hair dryers are provided in the double rooms.
On the top floor there is a rooftop terrace with comfortable rattan settees for enjoying a relaxing drink while watching the sun going down and taking in the views across the bay to Kalkan. For added convenience, the landing out to the rooftop terrace has a "mini bar" type fridge for storing cool drinks. The washing machine is also located here.
Kalkan town is about a 30 minute walk and taxis, including 6 seater ones and even a water taxi, are available at reasonable prices. A garage is available for those guests with a car.
We are properly registered with the Turkish authorities for holiday rentals.

We had a rest with a family (four adults and two children) in May and June of the 13th year. Would like to note that everything was excellent (all according to advertizing and the description). We charged a transfer - very useful. This is really remarkable and lonely place for family rest - that we looked for . Kalkan is absolutely nearby (several times we went on foot, usually used or the boat or taxi). All conveniences such as restaurants, little shops, etc. is nearby. I want to mark out manager Gareth - very attentive and sympathetic! Thanks once again for wonderful time on a Vailla Keros. Dmitry
Had a super holiday at Villa Keros. The villa was a real home from home. It had everything we needed. Lots of spare cutlery and crockery even when we were using the dishwasher. There are always plenty of clean towels to use for all the bathrooms and the pool area. It is a very well equipped villa. Even though the surrounding villas were occupied it was very quiet at night so we always had a great nights sleep. We got every- day supplies of fresh bread, milk water ect. from the little local shop Bobs and also ate at the restaurant above the shop (same owner) a few times. This is very convenient as it is just a few minutes walk from the villa. When we next go to Kalkan we will definitely stay at villa Keros.
“A sunny and relaxing week with the girls in Kalkan!”
Really great villa with panoramic sea views. My room literally looked out over the brilliantly blue sea on three out of four sides - amazing! The two double bedrooms are really big, lots of space and lovely that you step out onto the balcony. Downstairs, the living area is spacious with everything you need and the outdoor terrace and infinity pool just gorgeous. The smaller twin bedroom is very small and I would say only suitable for one adult or two kids and bathroom not so great. However the adjacent roof terrace with big squishy sofa was just perfect for sipping a large rose or two as the sun went down. The whole villa is beautifully designed and decorated, in cool whites with lots of pretty detail. Being based in Kisla meant a peaceful environment, whilst close to two great beach clubs, both which do yummy food, and then you're just a mile or so away from the many restaurants, shops and bars of Kalkan for a bit more action in the evening. Would recommend Sade restaurant - amazing food and very friendly owner who took us out after dinner! If you like your Mulberry handbags, then Kalkan is THE place for good fakes...! Carolyn and Colin were helpful from the initial booking, right through to organising last minute transfers for a late arriving friend. Gareth who greets you on arrival was lovely, as was the taxi driver Carolyn recommended, Ian, who looked after us all week. All in all, a perfect holiday for us four busy girls in our 30s - we will definitely return! Thank you Carolyn and Colin.
“A perfect week!”
The villa was just right for our needs; well furnished, quiet and private. It was also perfectly positioned with wonderful views and a short walk down to the beach club where we snorkelled, hired jets skis and took the water taxi to Kalkan. The restaurants in Kalkan serve excellent food and are very reasonable with friendly staff who remembered us from day to day but were never too pushy. I enjoyed having a varied vegetarian menu everywhere we ate, and the boys enjoyed trying out different cocktails before dinner. It was our second visit to Kalkan and we preferred Kisla to being on the other side of Kalkan at Kalamar. We will definitely be returning again - both my teenage sons said it was our best holiday ever.

We travelled as a group of 3 couples in their 20's on the 13th august for a weeks stay in "Villa Keros". After a long and exhausting journey from Dalaman airport on the "interesting" Turkish roads we breathed a huge sigh of relief when we saw the bay of Kalkan in all of its night time glory! Gareth the friendly property manager met us at the service station and we followed him to the villa where we were not disappointed!!! Even at 1.30am we could see how beautiful the Villa and its "unintterfuped" views were. The facilities at the Villa were excatly what we needed for the self catered holiday we had planned. The villa's location was close to the bay of Kalkan (about a 3-5 minute drive) and with the use of our hire car we found what we needed easily. We were amazed at what we could get for our lira in terms of food and alcohol! Most of our time was spent at the Villa around the pool area but we visited the Kalkan beach club a couple of times to take part in some of the water sports (Which were very well priced: 80 lira for 20 mins on a jet ski, 35 lira pp for water sofa and rings) and on our last day ventured to Gocek, which is well worth the visit! (A town with a beautiful marina on the way back to Dalaman from Kalkan) Before going to Turkey most of us were not sure what to expect but I would definately consider visiting Kalkan and the Villa keros again. The Turkish people were very friendly and the town was quiet with a relaxing atmosphere.
“A very relaxed week”
Villa Keros was very comfortable,clean and well equipped.The local agent was friendly and helpful ,always available for advise and acted promptly when there was a problem(This was just a pump failure with the pool due to a small blockage).THe beach club was basic but the food was good and everyone was friendly.If you buy a drink you get a free ferry ride across the bay to Kalkan which is a lovely way to arrive for your evening stroll and delicious meal.There are some great restaurants,we particuary liked the rooftop restaurants ,looking across the bay while we ate ,and Aubergine served some amazing Grouper fish.We will definitely be returning to Kalkan

The stay at Villa Keros was an experience to behold, the Villa is very well appointed with excellent accommodation, furnishings and Wonderful Pool and Sun bathing Area's. The Villa is a short walk from a couple of Restaurants and Bob's! a shop and a Roof Top Terrace Restaurant he delivers anything that you may require Shopping, Carryout Food etc. The Kalkan Town area is easily accessed by Water Taxi, Foot and of course Taxi! The Water Taxi is very novel idea, run by the local Beach Club it provides a service from the local pier to Kalkan Marina costing a couple of TL's. The Marina is the gateway into the Old Kalkan Town area were there are many wounderful Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops and of course general Shopping. The Town at night is extremley attactive when viewed whilst seating on the top floor roof terrace furniture at Villa Keros whilst sipping a few G & T's or a glass of wine, nothing could be more relaxing. The stay at Villa Keros was Super! the entire Villa is a haven for relaxation the Views are outstanding from every bedroom, terrace area and balcony its a No Brainer what a joy, will we be Back? Of Course!!!!
