ZesT is our brand new luxury one bedroom duplex apartment with private roof terrace and private roof top pool. Located within an easy 10 minute walk of the town centre and with shops and cafes on its door step ZesT offers an ultimately convenient location together with luxury and beautiful sea views. An ideal escape for couples and honeymooners looking for something special yet within walking distance of the town and sea.

The apartment has its own off road parking with private entrance from the ground floor. Once inside stairs lead up to the main living area on the first floor and then up again to the private roof terrace. On the lower floor is the main living area with a double bedroom, luxury shower bathroom and an open plan living area with a modern fully fitted kitchen offering all appliances. The lounge has beautiful sea views through large sliding doors onto a private balcony to the front and sliding doors to a smaller balcony to the side. The bedroom too has sliding doors onto the side balcony, a ultra comfortable super king bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers/make up unit with mirror. The bathroom on this floor features a 90x140cm shower area with sliding doors, WC and sink with stylish fittings.

On the upper floor is the stunning roof terrace level which offers a second full shower bathroom and a second outdoor kitchen. This 40m2 private roof terrace has a lounging/dining area shaded by a large pergola to the rear and open sun terrace with private pool. The pool features a seated area to one end with a jacuzzi shaded by the pergola and ultimately private.

ZesT will cater for up to 2-3 guests with the possibility of a third guest sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room . There is a small storage room off the hallway for the third guests to store their possessions

Before you arrival I will be in touch to learn your flight details and likely arrival time at Zest. If you wish I can book your transfer from the airport. Most likely you will arrive in the late evening and so the key will be in the key safe by the front door. Details of this and the code are released once full payment has been made. I also email a pdf handbook for the apartment, what you can expect and user details for the equipment, wifi, tv etc. This also includes ideas for places to visit and things to do on your holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bridget Anne (the owner) a message.

If Bridget Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
