Villa in Kalkan, Turkey - Tranquil Location. Close to Lovely Beaches and Places of Interest

Villa Sezen is a spacious, detached villa with spectacular sea and mountain views. It is situated amongst the hills above Kalkan, not far from Kalkan's beach, harbour restaurants, and attractive shops. The villa is located on a private site, away from the main road, and has a wonderfully sunny, Mediterranean atmosphere, encouraging guests to feel instantly relaxed. The villa offers a tranquil environment, having its own large private infinity pool and jacuzzi. There are several travertine terraces (some sunny, some shaded), furnished for outdoor living with chairs, tables and sun-loungers for a blissful soak in the sun. At one side of the villa there is a large stone barbecue on a shaded breakfast terrace. At the front of the villa there is another sun terrace, with uninterrupted views of Kalkan Bay and its islands. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are located on the third terrace, backed by a large pergola for shade.

Villa Sezen, with its spacious rooms, stunning views and and terraces, allow guests to feel immediately relaxed. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful for cooling off after a day of sight-seeing. The well-equipped kitchen might entice guests who enjoy cooking to try out the aromatic spices and wonderfully fresh fish and vegetables found in Kalkan. For nights spent in, there is a good selection of DVDs and also satellite TV for entertainment, together with a choice of books and games. Dual air-conditioning units provide speedy cooling in hot weather, and heating for the evenings in Spring and Autumn periods. The villa handbook gives details of activities & places of interest nearby, including spas, markets, trips & ancient sites. Outside: Villa Sezen has a small garden and attractive potted plants with three large terraces. The private infinity pool (8m x 4m) is ideal for an early morning dip, or for cooling off after days out, and the jacuzzi is a wonderful added bonus for relaxation. There are both open and covered terraces for enjoying the sun, equipped with sun- loungers, tables and chairs for alfresco dining, and all have spectacular sea and mountain views. Utility Room: Portable clothes dryer; steam iron; ironing board. Hairdryer in bedroom for guests' use. Other: Sitting room with large comfortable sofa, easy chairs; flat screen TV, DVD/CD player. Sliding windows lead to terraces and the large infinity pool on one side, and a gazebo with seating and a BBQ area on the other. Hall cloakroom has toilet and washbasin.

A strict no-smoking policy applies in the villa. Sorry no pets allowed.

There are sometimes challenges with the canalization in this area. Please do not throw toilet paper or other materials into the toilet.

    Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback auch wenn Ihre Punkte nicht den Wahrheiten und den Realitäten entsprechen. Als Besitzer waren wir ständig mit Ihnen in Kontakt und wir haben uns sofort gemeldet. Wenn aufgrund der grössten Waldbrände in der Türkei der Strom (inkl. Klimaanlage) abgeschaltet wird, können wir leider auch nichts unternehmen. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer sollten sich auch Gäste ebenfalls in einer vernünftigen und nicht aggressiven Art und Weise unterhalten. Wie in den Bewertungen ersichtlich, stehen wir für unsere Gästen stets zur Verfügung und sind bemüht Ihre Anliegen sofort zu beheben.     How do damage deposits work?
