We invite You to the new built, comfortable 2floors guest house which is in the charming historic little town, Kalocsa, next the Danube, in Central-Hungary.

The ground floor is a small living room, furnished kitchen, toilet and shower. The larger upstairs room open out to a balcony, in it are two comfortable single beds, TV and conversation corner. In the smaller room are two single beds. Upstairs there is a shower room as well. The whole house is wallpapered, a nice, fully equipped, comfortable for 4-6 person. (Step is not suitable for disable people!) There is a nice, clean, full equapped, comfortable basement-apartman with kitchen, shower for 3-4 person. (Steps are as well!)

50 meters away there is a fully equipped minigarzon, which is a suitable accommodation for 3 persons. Everywhere is free wifi.

Please send your reservation at least before one week and with the time of the arrival. Please call, email or SMS to inform me. The fee does not include supplies. Restaurants and pizzerias are in the neighborhood, and TESCO, ALDI supermarkets are only 100 meters. The bus station is approx. 500 m away from the cottage. If You require, I’ll wait, I taking You by my car to us. Because of the distance between my home and the guest house is only a few meters, we are happy to help in any way (doctors, medicine, information, translation, rent etc.)

Rozsa Vendégház is next to the 51 main road, opposite the road/ bicycle path which lead to Danube River/ferry.

In Kalocsa You can bike on protected bike-path, moreover the bike-path leads straight to the familiarly spa. We can add 2 bikes as free. If You wish, we organize of wine tastings, or other guided tour in Kalocsa or in surrounding area

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rózsa (the owner) a message.

If Rózsa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
