Fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom luxury apartment with large balcony overlooking one of the best sea views in Phuket. The large balcony is ideal for enjoying the splendid sunsets over a glass of wine or dining al fresco in the warmth of the Thai sun. During those long hot days unwind and cool down in the fantastic outdoor 25 metre infinity pool with gym set amongst beautiful surroundings. Enquire re rental period.

Ideal for couples/families looking for a luxury holiday set in more peaceful surroundings but short distance drive to popular night life and shopping if required. Ideal for those who may like to go into town or for night life but don't want to stay in the middle of it. Also close to some of the best restaurants on the island within 10 mins drive, Kalim, Patong etc.

Phuket has a extremely comfortable temperature much of the year with the apartment benefiting from a nice sea breeze. Temperatures range from 25-30 degrees, with April being the hottest month.

No smoking inside apartment, terrace ok. All outside area/pool side rules must be adhered to in order to maintain the environment for others. Aside form inside the apartment, guests will be responsible for the cost for any damage caused to the outside area - such as pool side area and gym

Maid service twice a week available more if required. Food delivery service from a 3 good restaurants close by (5 mins walk). Thai food - Rock Fish, White Orchid. Also great Pizza delivery within a few minuets away.

Apartment almost brand new very well maintained by owner. Full inbuilt air con system, hot water, large luxury bathrooms. 2 US King size beds and 1 double sofa bed. Large fitted wardrobes. Satellite TV and Lan line internet connection.

Security - the development has full 24 hours security guards so very secure. Phuket as a whole is quite safe as the Thai locals very friendly. I would warn people against hiring motorbikes as the local driving is not the best! Hiring a car much safer.

How do damage deposits work?
