Welcome to Villa Giolanta. Your stay in this natural, tranquil place of the village Kamisiana will fill you with energy and relaxation.

Villa Giolanta is located in a quiet, greenery landscape which is surrounded by orange trees, olive oils, and cypress trees. In a distance of 200 meters there are restaurants, traditional cafe, mini market and a pharmacy. It is 750 meters from the sea. You can reach the crystal clear, quiet beach on foot and enjoy your swim.

The bus stop is just 100 meters from the Villa. Bus service is every 20 min. Villa Giolanta is 18 Km away from Chania, 23 Km from the port of Souda and 30 Km from the airport of Daskalogiannis in Chania.

The villa consists of 2 levels:

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor with a sea view and the mountain. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom in and the other 2 have one to share. Each room has a comfortable, independent balcony. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and sewing materials.

On the ground floor there is 1 more bedroom with double bed and 1 more bathroom. You will find also a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dinning area for 8 persons.

Outdoor there is a big garden with BBQ and a private pool with children pool. The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults + 2 childs. Baby cot and high chair for free.

Location:

Nearby there is Kolympari where you can wander at the fishing village, the harbor for the yachts, walk to the Monastery of Gonia, and the Orthodox Academy of Crete. The view is certain to captivate even the most demanding. The local picturesque tavernas offer fresh seafood and pure local products: meat from Rodopou, vegetables from the flatland, olive oil from the area the oldest olive tree in the Mediterranean exists.

The visitor can enjoy a swim at Kamisiana, if tranquility and uniqueness is desired, at Afrata, at Nopigia or Rabdouha. For those looking for crowded, organized beaches there is Maleme, Agia Marina. By means of transport there is Gramvoussa, Balos and Falassarna to enjoy the crystal clear water , aquamarine sea and fine golden sand which makes it one of the most famous places worldwide as well as Elafonissi and Chrisoskalitissis the Monastery that is floating over the sea. The places are bound to amaze you.

For the hikers, there is Samaria Gorge, Delianon, Rokas Syrikari and Agias Eirinis. During your walks you will enjoy breathtaking views and you will see our local herbs such as ( malotyra, thyme etc) as well as rare birds and Kri – Kri which are only found in this area.

Old Monasteries and churches as one of the Rotonda which dates back to the 6th century, the cave of Saint John will certainly attract your attention.

By taking the train you can see the area of 10 km looking around the olive trees, orange trees and vineyards. Lots of fruits and nuts as well as local cheese will give you a taste of this town.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
