Large 3 bedroom country house is in the perfect location in Kangaroo Valley. Enjoy the wood burning stove & country setting. Reverse cycle air-conditiong & deep bath.

Main bedroom with King size bed, 2nd room with Double bed & 3rd bedroom with Queen Bed + Library has single day bed which is great for young children. Candles through-out

This is the one and only Renter that I have had that has been both vindictive and self-serving in their absolute clear attempt to extort money and try to get a free weekend. We definitely had an issue with the timing for the delivery of the key,15 minute delay of which we offered a 30% discount which was agreed to by Airbnb fully ! The rest is just complete looking for an excuses the property is rural there are wombats that come on and dogs who wonder in too, but I do have people who Assist me in all areas of maintenance to these ends and therefore it isn’t an issue and it would be a delight to have you come and see our property and enjoy the beautiful Kangaroo Valley it won’t disappoint❣️

Why can't I call Heather (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Heather (the owner) a message.

If Heather (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
