Vicarage View Cottage B&B is close to town and is just an easy 10 minute walk to the village and restaurants in Kangaroo Valley. There is a large balcony that overlooks the garden, from where you can enjoy an included gourmet breakfast.
The bedroom has a queen bed fitted with new linen and luxury Sheridan towels.The verandah has garden views and is directly off the main bedroom with views perfect for a quiet drink or coffee. The bathroom has a luxurious claw foot bath set on underfloor heating.
You have complete access to your own bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. Your sitting room has a small fridge, microwave, coffee and tea facilities and fresh water.
From the verandahs you can seea large selection of Australian Bird life, we also have much local wildlife, eg wombats, echidna and kangaroos. The garden is set with native flowers and trees, there is also an orchard and strawberry patch for guests to use. The village of Kangaroo Valley has a small but good selection of restaurants and coffee shops justa short walk away.
You may also enjoy the verandah and if the weather is warm, you are welcome to share our pool.
