Just 11 kilometres from the village of Kangaroo Valley and its delightful cafes and shops, Skyfarm is a fully equipped haven of three separate pavilions, connected by covered walkways. A total of four bedrooms with King size beds (can be split into two king singles) and four en-suite bathrooms accommodate up to eight people in luxury. The gallery can hold an extra two guests with 2 single beds made up on request and has access to a seperate shower and toilet.
The main pavilion forms the heart of Skyfarm with a huge stainless steel kitchen, Miele appliances, long refectory table and living space opening to a wide deck and lap pool.
A double-sided central fire place and four big couches make Skyfarm the perfect place to settle down with your favourite book or watch movies on the home theatre.
With stunning views over the Morton National Park to Jervis Bay, Skyfarm will take your breath away. Offering peace and tranquillity in a beautiful natural environment, the only thing to distract you are the stars at night. Wombats, wallabies and kangaroos line the two kilometre driveway and form your own special welcome party.
Wander the 75 acre property, swim, read, cook, laugh and talk or do absolutely nothing, the choice is yours.
The owners and managers of Skyfarm reside permanently on the property far away from the guesthouse to ensure your privacy but close enough should you need anything.
24 hour video security monitors the entrance to Skyfarm to ensure your safety at all times.
Skyfarm can comfortably accommodate 8 - 10 guests. Please contact us for prices for smaller or slightly larger groups, corporate off-site meetings or small wedding parties.
The current photos of Skyfarm show the pool to be unfenced, however glass fencing has now been installed, making the property ideal for families with young children.
Skyfarm is designed to accommodate family groups and we have a strict no party policy. Any disruption to neighbouring properties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card provided for the security bond.

Mid week rates do not apply to any bookings that includes a Friday/Saturday or Sunday night

The Fine Print:
Pricing is based on 8 guests and property can sleep 10 guests for an additional fee. The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. All rates will be checked by our staff.
* Please note a $40 booking fee applies to all bookings (non refundable).
* Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period. To take advantage of the special please book the nights you would like to stay and we will amend the pricing on your booking before you receive a payment request.
* A security bond of $2000 is processed as a credit card pre authorisation with all bookings. A $4,000 security bond will apply to any bookings over new years eve.
