This is such a beautiful place to stay on our favorite island, Kauai. It is in the town of Kapaa and the resort is right on the beach. Listen to the waves at night and in the early morning hours. It also boasts one of the best restaurants right on site, The Hukilau Lanai restaurant. This unit is a one-bedroom garden unit to accommodate four. The price quoted is for a one-bedroom garden view which often has a partial ocean view. If you would like a two-bedroom or a studio, please send an inquiry and I can let you know availability and cost. I would list this separately. Oceanfront should be made with an inquiry directly. These are more expensive and I would list them separately. The description that follows is for the one-bedroom garden view and the price is for this also. PLEASE SEE NOTE BELOW ABOUT STUDIO.

One-Bedroom Villas

One-bedroom villas have one king bed, a queen sofa bed,main bathroom with tub, a private lanai with a garden or ocean view, cable TV, fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Two-Bedroom Villas: Ohana Suites

Ohana Suites offers one king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen sofa bed in a separate living area, a private lanai, a private guest bathroom, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer/dryer. As noted above please make an inquiry only on this until I check availability and would list it separately.

Please note picture shown on the listing is not necessarily the room you book. I can say that it is a small resort and the rooms are either a garden view or an ocean view. If you are seeking an oceanfront, please contact me for the rates. There are few available. Some of the Garden View rooms can have a nice ocean view of the ocean. The property is right on the ocean

This is our favorite place to stay on the island. Our daughter and husband spent their honeymoon there and their first year anniversary and keep on going back. Actually, our whole family enjoys it.

Please note, during Covid-19, please check with your airline and Hawaiian government as to what is required to visit Kauai and current restrictions.

Why can't I call Janette (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janette (the owner) a message.

If Janette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
