Comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, oceanfront, ground floor, end unit with private lanai just steps to the beach. The Pono Kai Resorts east side location makes it easy to get to Kilauea Lighthouse, Hanalei Bay and Haena State Beach Park to the north or Poipu Beach to the south. Nearby attractions in Kapaa include Kealia Beach, Lydgate State Beach Park for snorkeling, Kamalani Playground with a "volcano tube", Sleeping Giant Hiking Trail, Wailua Falls, Opaeka'a Falls and the Fern Grotto boat ride are just a sample of what's available on Kauai's eastern shores.

Aloha and thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and want you to know that we have addressed your concerns. It is our priority to take care of any maintenance and housekeeping items as soon as they are reported. Fans are all working and tea kettle and coffee maker have been replaced. Please note, this unit also has a Keurig coffee maker for guest use and we provide a starter of coffee pods. The unit comes with two sets of plates which includes 16 dinner plates and there are at least 10 drinking glasses and a set of plastic drinking cups as well. We also provide coffee mugs, ample wine glasses, martini glasses, champagne flutes, etc. Thank you for notifying us of the condition of the beach chairs. Due to the oceanfront salt air, we do tend to have to replace items quickly. There should be at least 4 beach chairs for guest use that are in good condition and the others have been removed. We hope you enjoyed your time on Kauai and thank you for staying with us. Mahalo, Garden Island Properties
