“Olympia Zervea Studios” is located in the lovely traditional village of Kardamili, in the Mani region of the Peloponnese, in the Prefecture of Messinia. It is built on a private 1 acre estate, amphitheatrically and offers a splendid view. It is 100m (330ft.) from Kardamili’s main road and 150m (500ft.) from the sea.

All studios are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They offer accommodation in a quiet environment because they are not on a busy road, are surrounded by a garden and are self-catering. Cleaning, towel and linen change service 2 times per week.

“Olympia Zervea Studios” offer its quests 8 studios that can accommodate 2-3 persons accordingly.

1st floor:

The 1st floor is comprised of 4 studios, 30sq.m each, that can accommodate up to 2 persons.

2nd floor:

The 2nd floor features 4 studios with an interior staircase. They are studios, 35sq.m. each that can accommodate up to 3 persons.

All are spacious, fully equipped and feature:

Τα έπιπλα, κρεβάτια, κομοδίνα, τραπέζι, φωτιστικά, αυθεντικοί πίνακες ζωγραφικής, τηλεόραση, κλιματικό και ηλεκτρικά σκεύη είναι όλα ολοκαίνουργα! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sofia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
