A modern luxury apartment in the heart of Karlovy Vary - in the city center, near the Imperial and Sanssouci hotels, is fully equipped with everything necessary, including new furniture, a complete set of new kitchen equipment, wi-fi, satellite TV.

Go to the sources 8-10 minutes., To the nearest grocery store - 2.

Opposite the entrance there are several bus stops, from where you can go to either end of the city. In 5 min. walk funicular.

The 24-hour parking is only 3 min. walk. A stunning view of the rich and picturesque forest opens from the panoramic window of the living room, with an area of almost 40 square meters. Unforgettable views of the old town will open to you from both bedrooms. The living area of the apartment is 82 kV. m.

Our apartment is located on the sixth floor in the house with a new and excellent working elevator. The house with the name "Triplex Residence", built in the most prestigious area, was awarded with awards for the best architectural solution.

This new residential complex is located at the foot of the mountain, facing the forest, next to the historic city center and the springs. There is a reception in the house, and the whole territory is equipped with video cameras.

Ruim appartement aan rand van Karlovy Vary. Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Karlovy Vary en omgeving. Wel op heuvel. Helaas geen “normale” eettafel.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
