Ideally located on the slopes of Kas, this beautiful south-facing ground-floor apartment is just a short walk from the city, the sea and all amenities. You will have direct access to the pool, shared with 5 other apartments but almost exclusively used by our guests. From the patio and the balcony you will enjoy panoramic views over the city, the harbor and the Greek Island of Kastellorizo. The area is very quiet.

The large two bedroom apartment (85sqm) features an open plan living area with fully kitted kitchen. There is a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second one. The living room sofa can easily double up as bed. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including internet connection, TV, washing machine, dish washer and a micro wave / oven.

Getting around

Many places around are accessible by walking. Regular bus and "dolmus" (small buses) services run from Kas to most interesting places. However a car is recommended for visiting more remote neighboring sites. Kas is an important stopping point for the reputed Turkish gulet cruises and you can also charter a boat to tour along the beautiful coastline and see remote coves and islands. The Lycian Way, rated one of the world's top 10 walks, passes through Kas. A large number of archaeological sites from the ancient Lycian era are in the vicinity. Kas is also the centre for glass-bottomed boat trips and sea kayaking to the sunken cities around Kekova Island.

You will be able to reach us any time before and during your stay. However, as we do not reside in Kas, Alba Property manages the apartment for us. Hilary and Ömer are the contact persons on the spot and they will help you for any queries during your stay. The entry key to the apartment is located in a key box beside the entry door, which will facilitate your arrival at any hour of the day. The code of the box, as well as all necessary contact details for your stay will be communicated to you a few days before your arrival.

This was already our seventh stay in this beautiful apartment and onec again we enjoyed it very much. Excellent location (just 5 mins. walk to downtown Kas) and the owners are keeping it in very good shape. Booking the apartment and the coversation with Christian was easy. Special thanks to Ömer and Hilary from the housekeeping agency who responded immidiateley when we had some minor problems. I can recommed the Kastellorizo View apartment very much and will for sure book it again for ny next stay in Kas.

“Amazing views!”

We spent a week in Kas in June 15 and stayed in this apartment. The apartment was great - so spacious (there were only two of us but would have been great for 4 as well) with plenty of outdoor space as well as indoor. The apartment is extremely well equipped and we loved the pool and although this is shared with the other apartments in the block, we found it was always quiet and we more or less had this to ourselves when we wanted to use it. The apartment is well air conditioned which is essential and the pool was a great way to cool down too. As the apartment is located up a steep hill (as with a lot of Kas) you are rewarded with the most beautiful views -even when swimming in the pool! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Kas with all of the lovely shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of places to eat and bars to visit and the shopping is really good too. Hilary and Omer who manage this property on the owner's behalf and who are based locally could not have been more helpful. We couldn't figure out how to work the aircon properly on arrival and within 10 minutes of sending an email, Omer was round to show us. They also helped us organise tickets to visit Meis (highly recommended) and delivered water to us when we had used what was kindly provided on arrival. This made for a very easy and relaxing week! I would highly recommend Kas and this apartment and hope to return!

Ideally placed for the view and located within a nice area of town, but the walk back up the hill from the town center is hard going and not for the older generation. There was a reasonable sized pool and the apartment was clean and modern with 2 large bedrooms. Overall value for monies paid.
