The villa, cottage, on a mountain Kozjak above Kastel Kambelovac, at the height of 210 m above sea level.

Direct view of the sea and lot of islands.

Access to the villa is by asphalt road.

Situated in an olive grove and orchard in the environment of ancient olive trees.

The courtyard is planted with native plants.

Distance from the center of Split and Trogir is 15-20 minutes, and the city of Kastela 5 min.

The villa is located along the hiking trail.

The position of the villa is location of the old Villa Rustica from the Roman era.

The villa consists of two apartments, 2A (4+1) each on its floor and rented in its entirely.

Accommodation for 8 people in the main beds and 2 in extra beds.

Each apartment hes a kitchen, dining and living room and two bedrooms, bathroom and spacious loggia, terraces and porches.

The villa has baker oven-grill with its own covered summer kitchen.

Heating exists in the house only in the ground floor (max. 5 persons) period: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr and Okt, Nov, Dec.

The villa is rented to guests aged 23 and older.
