This beautiful apartment MARINELY is located on the ground floor and offers all you need for your summer vacation. It is clean, cozy, has beautiful views of the Split and Trogir, it is located in a quiet and peaceful place and in the nice neighborhood, but only 15 min away from the city crowd of Split and Trogir.

There is a large private garden and a nice BBQ house.

It is perfect for families with smaller children or large groups for up to 10 persons.

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 200x180, 3 single beds 200x90 and 3 extra beds, if necessary) 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine) , well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer and nice air-conditioned living room with a sofa and 2 ottomans.

This extraordinary accommodation provides direct, free and flat rate internet access (WLAN). Brand new digital LED TV has a 87 cm diagonal with HDMI cable (can be connected from TV to a tablet or a laptop). There is also a computer available for you to use as well.The whole southern part of the apartment is nicely conected by a large balcony.

There is a large table with its chairs in front of the apartment where you can rest in nice and cozy surrounding garden just next to the BBQ house-just for you.

There are 4 free and private parking place next to the property.

such as clean sheets and clean towels ,soaps,toilet paper...

-Water, electricity costs and taxes covered

-Free flat rate Wi-Fi Internet and air conditioner

The apartment is only 1000 meters from 2 local beaches ( sandy and pebble) and the sea and 1000 meters from the old town center with coffee bars, restaurants, bank, postal office, pharmacy and ambulance. Just 2 kilometers away, or 2 minutes by car you are in front of 2 huge-sized super markets which work long hours during the summer- from 7-22h (Konzum and Lidl), where you can buy practically anything you want. Marina Kastela and additional big shopping center Interspar,Konzum,Lidl are also a few minutes away by car. You will find that the local restaurant "Kod Bunara", just 1000m away, offers Croatian domestic food at favorable prices.

It is great location and there are lot of options if you want to see all nearby places and experience all sorts of beaches and great traditional dalmatian food.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jelena (the owner) a message.

If Jelena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
