Combining ease of access with spectacular views, villa Abyss offers privacy and style with that critical component of practicality.

The living space and pool area in this unique one-bedroom villa is all on one level with access via a wheelchair-friendly pathway which leads through the gardens to the car parking space.

The emphasis, however, remains on outdoor living, with the indoor space flowing through to the external terrace and the stylish al fresco dining area. Covered by a specially-designed pergola, which extends over part of the pool, this provides shade whilst also letting the Mediterranean sun filter through.

Picture windows let in the light and provide uninterrupted views over Kissamos Bay and across gardens planted with endemic shrubs, flowers and trees and are complimented by traditional stone walls that blend into the natural environment.The private infinity pool has full-width Roman steps overlooking olive groves towards the Aegean.

The innovative architectural concept of this villa, with its mesmerising triangular façade, means that the living and sleeping areas are in two separate buildings with access via a walkway.

The living area is modern with extensive natural stone features extending right up to the eves of the building, whilst the kitchen is open plan with practical Corian work surfaces, top-of-the-range appliances andan informal dining area.

Accessible from a large terrace, the master bedroom is open plan with an award-winning COCO Mat double bed and glass partition separating the sleeping space and dressing area, while theen-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath that faces a picture window with wonderful sea views.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vassilis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
