From the manager

Villa Leonanto is situated in the village of Kastellos. A building of 1905 fully renovated concerning traditional Cretan architecture in 2016, was transformed into a relaxing and peaceful guest house. This cozy villa with a gorgeous view is ideal for those wishing to escape the tediousness of everyday routine and indulge in the treasures of the Cretan countryside.

On the 250 sq. m. terrace of the villa, there is a barbecue, a garden with a lawn, a swimming pool (20 sq. m.), 5 wooden sunbeds, and two wooden tables.

The view is breathtaking since the villa is located at the top of the hill. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people. It has three main bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. There is also one extra bed in the fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are equipped with A/C. Three Plasma TVs and Wi-Fi Internet access are available for your convenience.

IMPORTANT NOTICE :

Starting from January 1st, 2024 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:

- From March to October, the rate of 10 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

- From November to February the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.

•Ground floor: 1 kitchen with direct access to the pool, 1 living room(direct access to the pool) with TV, Stereo system, 1 extra bed by the kitchen, 1 Twin bedroom with A/C with windows, no balcony, 2 WC/Shower

•First floor: 1 Twin Bedroom in an ‘’attic style’’ with access from the kitchen so no closed door, with Balcony, A/C, TV, one more DOUBLE bedroom from access from the living room, with A/C, TV, Balcony with amazing views

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
