From the owner

Live in a traditional fully renovated villa set in a unique landscape. The villa is situated in the village of Kastellos, Georgioupolis, Crete. The village is situated on a rising ridge that reaches a height of 282 m above sea level; with precipitous cliffs to its southern end. A building of 1905 fully renovated concerning the traditional Cretan architecture, was transformed into an ambient, relaxing, and peaceful guest house. This cozy villa with a gorgeous view is ideal for those wishing to escape the tediousness of everyday routine and indulge in the treasures of the Cretan countryside.

Indoors facilities

Villa Leonanto can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three main bedrooms, one on the first floor. Five single beds and one double bed all with high-quality mattresses. It also has two 2-seater sofa beds. On the 390 sq. m. terrace of the villa, there is a barbecue, a garden with lawn, a swimming pool (20sqm.), 5 wooden sunbeds, and two wooden tables. The view is breathtaking since the villa is located at the top of the hill. The villa has a large and small fridge, a cooker, an espresso coffee machine, and a toaster. All rooms are equipped with A/C. Three Plasma TVs are available. Free Wi-Fi Internet and free parking are available. Villa Leonanto takes special requests - add in the next step!

Outdoor facilities

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool and the lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sun while you are drinking a glass of wine with your loved ones. Pretty close to the pool area there is a dining table protected under a wooden pergola where you can enjoy your meals under the starlight sky, a BBQ area, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. The outdoor area is the ultimate space for you to relax, enjoy nature, and hear the sound of the birds away from the noisy cities. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
