Lavishness, elegance, dreamy… A modernly designed Villa in the area of Chrissi Akti. The luxury is imprinted on contemporary decorated interiors with high-end comforts that give a sense of relaxation and serenity while the villa has the advantage of the magnificent view of the Cretan Sea.

The 4-level villa offers huge lounge areas for relaxation both inside and outside.

The interior is influenced by the amazing sea view with big windows from wall to wall. The main entrance is from the first floor which consists of two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and a WC.

Three airy bedrooms with high quality of mattresses are located on the ground floor. The master room has an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. A fully equipped bathroom with hydro massage shower column is located on the same floor. All bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.

Would you like to exercise during your holidays? Work out in the fully-equipped gym situated on the lower floor.

Do you think that the dreamy experience has already been completed? A small paradise is hidden on the top level leading to an incredible place for relaxation. The roof garden is decorated with sunbeds, a hammock and sofas. You can prepare a delicious BBQ meal at the well-organized area and enjoy it in the dining area. Many plants surround the roof garden creating a magical place leaving you breathless with the exquisite endless view of the Sea.

On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool suitable for both adults and kids.

Villa promises a unique holiday experience with all the luxurious amenities just 550 meters from the beach of Chryssi Akti.

How do damage deposits work?
