From the owner

Palm Villa, luxury 3 bed, 2 bathroom, Leptos built property on the beautifully landscaped Regina Gardens complex. It is very thoughtfully decorated throughout. Free WIFI and Internet TV included.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning units, as does the main lounge. The lounge/diner has patio doors that lead to a terrace overlooking two large swimming pools and a childrens pool. Regina Gardens is a short walk to the Tomb of the Kings Road where there are bars and restaurants for your night life and entertainment together with a Lidl supermarket and plenty of smaller mini markets. The nearest beach / sea is just 500 metres away. The main bus route runs along the Tomb of the Kings Road and into Coral Bay, Paphos town, the Harbour and to the Waterpark. A infant cot & high chair are available. King Odysseus bar which is on the edge of the complex serves food and alcoholic refreshments. You can also watch your favourite sports channels without going further afield.

Free WIFI internet is included is the weekly inclusive price . There is also a gym available nearby at the Venus Beach hotel for only €25.00 per week and is very well equipped. Also included in the price are all the available classes at no extra cost.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
