From the owner

This is a modern town house with first floor balcony and rear patio both facing the communal pool and garden area. Conveniently situated 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Kato Paphos, beach front and harbour area with its many tavernas, shops and archaeological sites.

The property has two spacious bedrooms, one with large double bed the other with two single beds and both with generous cupboard space. There are two sofa beds in the lounge for additional guests. It has full air-conditioning, is fully furnished with bed linen, towels (including beach towels) provided. The first floor bathroom has a power shower and a downstairs cloakroom with toilet/washbasin. Free WIFI is provided which links a multi channel TV facility for a nominal extra charge of 25 Euro if required. The TV is smart UHD with HDMI and USB connections.

There is a small private garden with the patio and further patio area alongside the large communal pool with associated showers only 4 metres away.

The kitchen is well equipped with a marble worktop. The hotplate is ceramic and has child proof controls.

Suitable for children and adults of all ages.

There are two multipurpose food stores within 5 minutes walk. One of which is next to a taverna serving a variety of freshly cooked typically Greek dishes. A small 'welcome' pack of immediate necessities such as coffee/tea, milk, sugar can be provided ready for your arrival for an extra charge to suit individual requirements for an additional charge payable on arrival.

There are frequent flights from the UK to the International Airport at Paphos which is only 15 minutes drive away.

How do damage deposits work?
