Paradise VIP Villa stands out because of its ideally location, its modern structure and unique interior decoration. Paradise VIP Villa is a brand new 3-storey structure that has magnificent seaview and is just 900m from Stalos Beach and all kind of amenities.

The interior is mainly characterized by its open – air spaces so that you can sense the feeling of fresh air dominating all over the place.

The exterior is designed so as to provide total relaxation. The pool is also suitable for younger ages. In conjunction with the services your stay truly will be magical. There is also an infinity pool with optional heating.

Description of Paradise VIP Villa:

Ground Floor:

There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 WC. In the ground floor there is also a seperate studio. This studio includes one more bedroom with with a double bed, bathroom, living room and kitchen. In the ground floor there is also the playroom and the fitness area with home-cinema, ping-pong table and a mini gym.

1st Floor:

It is the pool level that includes also the main living room, dining area, fully epuipped kitchen, desk, bathroom with WC and shower. The large doors of the living room leading directly to the pool area.

2nd Floor:

There are 2 bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms.

There are 2 more bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and 2 single beds each.

There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms, smart TV, Free Wi-Fi Internet, Hi-Fi, X-box, Washing mashine and dish-washer, Espresso machine.

Paradise VIP Villa is located in Stalos village in Agia Marina famous area, Chania Crete. A perfect spot for your holidays in Crete, only 900m from the sandy beach of Stalos, 2km of Agia Marina Beach and a few minutes away from restaurants, shops, super markets, cafe, bars, clubs and playgrounds. It is built on a hill with a panoramic view of Chania gulf and the Cretan sea.

Stalos is an authentic Cretan Village which boasts excellent tavernas, all serve delicious local cuisine. This peaceful village has views of the White Mountains and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Kato Stalos has plenty of bars, tavernas, and restaurants. There are excellent facilities here, banks, hotels supermarkets and businesses offering excursions to the Samaria gorge, the Palace of Knossos and other local tourist spots.

Agia Marina a delightful village situated on the northwest coast of Crete, and is a famous tourist attraction. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
