Guest House,a fresly renovated apartment, located on the west side of the city of Kavala. 2km away from the city center and 200 meters from the nearest beach.

Guest house is situated in a quite and safe neighborhood.There is a parking space available infront of the house, as well. The apartment is fully equipped with electrical kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, free wi-fi with great signal and a washing machine. It consists of 2 big bedrooms,a living room, a kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony with view to the sea.From the living area you can also access the balcony which is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening meal.

We offer you fresh sheets and towels during your stay.

Modern house with everything that you need to feel right at home.

WiFi access available as well.

Access to an organized beach with sunbeds/umbrellas only 200 meters away.΄The kitchen is fully equipped with oven,cooker and a fridge coffee maker, , iron, hair-dryer,

Dishes and cups,pans and pots are also in your disposal and everything you need to cook whatever you wish.There is also a toaster, a vacuum cleaner, iron, a tv and a hair dryer. Bed sheets and towels are provided.

We will do everything we can to ensure you have a perfect stay. We will meet and greet you at the apartment, show you around and show you how everything works. If you need anything during your stay we will do our best to try and accommodate.

Public bus stop at the end of our street, this takes you to the city centre and the beaches.

Parking space available in front of the house for free.

Local bakeries, mini-markets, fresh fruit and veggie markets are just around the corner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ATHANASIOS (the owner) a message.

If ATHANASIOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
