KayaGarden has been built in 2004 in traditional Turkish style, completely in harmony with the environment, on a piece of land of 1500 m2 in the valley of Kayakoy. The garden and the view to the surrounding hills are beautiful. The villa is located in the lively and touristic center (high season) with restaurants, music, events, small shops and small-scale lodges and campsites. Close to dolmus and taxi services.

Historical interesting objects (the open air museum of Kayakoy) are within 150 meters and footpaths start at the front-door.

More choice of facilities and opportunities for amusement are available in Hisaronu (five km), Fethye (eight km) and Oludeniz (nine km).

Our maid service provides you with fresh linen and towels throughout your stay including pool towels and we are happy to help with any laundry or ironing should you need to freshen up some items during your time with us. This all helping to make it the most enjoyable and relaxing time you can possible have. The villas is air conditioned and has a hair dryer in the bathroom with a small selection of complimentary toiletries.

Although there is in the summer an nice cool breeze, KayaGarden has airconditioning in the living-room and the 3 bed-rooms. In the kitchen is a furnace. We can arrange equipment for children (high-chair).

In the garden are several sitting-places: a camellia, the swimming-poolterrace with four sun-beds,two parasols and the villa also offers two big terraces with chairs and tables and big bench with cushions.

We do have a big BBQ place in the garden. The swimmingpool is renewed (2022) and has a unique natural look.

Sorry to read this. We do not recognize this review from a booking via TripAdvisor. In general, we ask our guests to contact our host if something is wrong. And that can happen during the season. We give our host, after a signal from our guests, unlimited and every opportunity to replace items that are broken or of insufficient quality to guarantee the quality we want. And this also applies to extra cleaning or repair work indoors or outdoors if necessary. We also always ensure that everything is in tip top condition at the start of the season.

Why can't I call Marieke (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marieke (the owner) a message.

If Marieke (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
